Project: Access barriers that affect the human dignity of people with ASD and their families.
Based on the commitments acquired by Colombia, as a party country that approved the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities CDPCD, through Law 1346 of December 13, 2006, and as contemplated in article 8 of this international treaty , LICA, and the Faculty of Law of the Free University of Colombia of the city in Bogotá, advance the project "Access barriers that affect the human dignity of people with ASD and their families."
During the year 2020, we made progress in carrying out focus groups with people with autism and with families from 10 cities in Colombia (Barranquilla, Bogotá, Cartagena, Cali, Cúcuta, Duitama, Medellín, Pereira, Bucaramanga and Villavicencio).
